PREPARATION COURSE FOR THE SIELE EXAM
What is SIELE? SIELE is the International Service for the Evaluation of the Spanish Language that certifies a person’s level of mastery of the Spanish language through electronic media, aimed at students and professionals from the five continents.
With only one exam your level of Spanish is officially certified by the Instituto Cervantes, from A1 to C1.
SIELE is promoted by the Instituto Cervantes, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, the University of Salamanca and the University of Buenos Aires.
SIELE certifies the degree of competence in the Spanish language through four tests: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Written Expression and Interaction and Oral Expression and Interaction.
SIELE takes as reference the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the European Council.

COURSE CONTENT
The lessons content focuses on SIELE test preparation. The objective is to obtain the certificate most appropriate to your level of Spanish.
The exam consists of a series of exercises that must be completed in a maximum of three hours. The complexity of the test means that students often do not reach the REAL level of Spanish they already speak. Our course will make you perfectly aware of how the SIELE Global test works and face the test with a relaxed and confident attitude.
The SIELE Test Preparation course taught by Escribe en español and TRABASSE school lasts 10 hours, divided into four sessions from Monday to Thursday.
Each day we dedicate ourselves to one of the four parts of the exam:
1. Reading comprehension
2. Listening Comprehension
3. Written expression and interaction
4. Oral expression and interaction
What if I just want to do one of the 5 stand-alone test modalities?
In addition to SIELE Global, you can take one of the 5 independent modalities. These are:
S1. Reading Comprehension + Listening Comprehension
S2. Reading comprehension + Written expression and interaction
S3. Listening Comprehension + Oral Expression and Interaction
S4. Oral expression and interaction
S5. Written expression and interaction + Oral expression and interaction
To prepare for each of these tests you can register only for the sessions of our course that correspond to the chosen exam.
For example, if you want to take the S1 exam: Reading comprehension + Listening comprehension, you can register for the course sessions corresponding to the first and second day (Monday and Tuesday) without attending the rest of the classes.
In Escribe en español and TRABASSE we recommend taking the SIELE Global exam, which officially certifies your level of Spanish. This is an official qualification certified by the Instituto Cervantes. The stand-alone modalities allow you to obtain a SIELE report but not the official certificate.
